Job Description Job title: Commercial Corporate Account Handler Salary: Up to £50k plus bonus and benefits Location: Manchester (Hybrid) PURPOSE OF ROLE Lawes Consulting Group are partnering with a well-established and very well-respected Manchester Broker to add to a strong and growing team in the city centre. This is a great opportunity for the individual to have a clear progression route to step into an Account Executive role with clear path of leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to new business enquiries, gather required information, and support the preparation and presentation of quotes. Deal with MTAS, Renewals Liaise with insurers to secure competitive terms that align with client needs and expectations. Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and communications are accurate, timely, and professional. Support early-stage client relationships by identifying opportunities for additional coverage and helping to create a smooth and positive customer experience. DAY-TO-DAY Develop and maintain effective relationships with insurer partners. Assist in market presentations and negotiations under the guidance of senior colleagues. A clear path of progression to step into an Account Executive role EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a commercial insurance role. Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products. Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Cert CII qualification desirable (or willingness to work toward it).
