Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

We are seeking a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to join a 3-bed children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader ready to take on more responsibility and progress in their career.
The Role:
* Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
* Lead, mentor, and supervise the staff team to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
* Contribute to care planning and ensure all practices meet Ofsted standards.
* Take responsibility in the absence of the Registered Manager.
* Promote a safe, nurturing environment that supports young people’s growth and independence.

Requirements:
* Previous Deputy Manager experience in an EBD children’s home is essential.
* Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
* Working towards or committed to completing the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills.
* Resilient, reliable, and passionate about supporting young people.
