Regional Sales Manager – South UK | Foodservice Location: Field-based - South UK Salary: £30,000–£40,000 bonus car allowance About Oliehoorn Oliehoorn is a well-established supplier of high-quality foodservice condiments, best known for its premium mayonnaise range. With strong Dutch heritage and a growing presence across the UK, Oliehoorn partners with foodservice outlets nationwide—delivering trusted, great‑tasting products to the quick‑service and takeaway sector. As part of continued growth, Oliehoorn is now recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South of the UK. The Role This is a field-based sales and account management role, focused on developing existing customers while driving targeted new business across the South of the UK. You will inherit a portfolio of current customers—regular buyers and member accounts—while proactively expanding Oliehoorn’s footprint across independent foodservice operators throughout the capital. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, increasing volume, and identifying growth opportunities within your territory. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing portfolio of foodservice customers across South of the UK Conduct regular face-to-face visits to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth Win targeted new business within QSRs, kebab houses, pizza shops, fish & chip shops, takeaways, and fast-casual operators Work closely with wholesalers and distribution partners to maximise sales and visibility Act as the main point of contact for customers Track performance, manage your pipeline, and deliver against monthly and quarterly targets About You Experience within foodservice, FMCG, or route-to-market sales/account management (preferred) A strong relationship builder who enjoys regular field-based activity Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach to account growth Highly organised with excellent territory management skills Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer Up to £40,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) Performance-related bonus Car allowance High level of autonomy with the backing of a strong, reputable brand Opportunity to play a key role in Oliehoorn’s continued UK expansion This role is being exclusively retained by FMCG Exec.
