Cisco Bid Solutions Manager
As a Cisco Bid Solutions Manager, you will work alongside a Bid Manager on key Cisco bids across the business to develop comprehensive, high‑quality Cisco solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements, showcasing Softcat’s value beyond licensing.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Licensing, Cisco Technical Practice, ITAM and Customer Success Managers.
* Work closely with Bid Managers on key Cisco bids to develop tailored, strategic solutions.
* Ensure solutions demonstrate value beyond licensing and align with customer requirements.
* Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of Cisco bid content and supporting materials.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and showcase the breadth of the Cisco portfolio in line with Softcat's wider strategy.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of the Cisco portfolio, including networking, security and cloud solutions.
* Experience developing solutions for bids, ensuring all elements align to customer needs.
* A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across multiple teams.
* Confidence working across a wide range of stakeholders and functional areas.
* A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to manage priorities and support bid deadlines.
