Regional Assistant Area Manager (FTC 6 months)

What You’ll Be Doing
* People management, recruitment, supervision and development
* Ensuring quality, safety, compliance and CQC standards
* Supporting multidisciplinary working and stakeholder engagement
* Managing resources, finances, and rota planning
* Promoting person‑centred care and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
* QCF (NVQ) level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health (a commitment to work towards may be considered)
* Experience in social care, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
* Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills
* A compassionate, person centred approach
* Ability to work flexibly, including participation in an on‑call rota
* Commitment to safeguarding and professional development
