THE ROLE:
- Handle a caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re:mortgages and transfers of equity
- Work with autonomy while supported by directors, a team of assistants and other conveyancers
- Contribute to a collaborative, high:street practice where flexibility and teamwork are valued
- Office based role, with flexibility provided when needed
THE CANDIDATE:
- An experienced Conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience handling residential conveyancing matters : open to licensed conveyancers, legal executives or qualified solicitors
- Confident in managing files independently from instruction through to completion
- Flexible, team:oriented, and comfortable in a high:street firm environment
- Someone who values both professional growth and being part of a friendly, close:knit team
