Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a renowned university based in East London who are seeking a temporary Facilities Manager to manage the daily operations of a business centre which provides access to workplace facilities, research expertise and skills programmes for students, local people and businesses throughout East London.Key Operational Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre as well as that of a small team.
* Oversee the Centre's profit and loss statement, operations budget, and forecasts.
* Refine and promote the Centre's strategy and programmes.
* Help develop and manage new and existing partnerships, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with key stakeholders across the university.
Skills/Experience:
* A university or public sector background is ideal.
* Strong facilities experience as well as having managed a small team.
* Comfortable presenting to key internal stakeholders, external partners and industry leaders.
