This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer or supervisor with experience in Landfill Gas, CHP, Gas Engines, Peaking Plants, CHP or Power Generation looking to progress into a hands on leadership-focused operational role. Key Responsibilities * Supervise the day-to-day operation and maintenance of gas plants peaking plants, CHP systems, gas engines, and associated generation assets * Lead and support Area Technicians across multiple operational sites * Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown response on mechanical and electrical plant equipment * Ensure maximum plant availability, electrical production, and operational efficiency * Support out-of-hours operations and provide emergency call-out cover when required * Oversee maintenance activities, contractor management, and health & safety compliance across sites * Ensure compliance with O&M agreements, environmental permits, electrical agreements, and regulatory requirements * Conduct regular site inspections, manage outstanding jobs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives * Assist with commissioning activities and...
