* Provide administrative support to theOperations and Commercial teams to ensure smooth daily activities.
* Prepare, review, and maintainoperational documents, including work orders, service reports, job completion reports, and timesheets.
* Assist in the preparation ofquotations, cost estimates, purchase orders, and invoices in coordination with the Commercial team.
* Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments forjob execution and documentation.
* Track job progress, manpower deployment, and material usage, and update relevant records.
* Maintain proper filing and documentation forcontracts, agreements, invoices, and supporting documents.
* Support the Operations team inlogistics coordination, including mobilization, permits, passes, and site access requirements.
* Monitor and follow up oncommercial matters, such as invoice submission, payment status, and client correspondence.
* Prepareweekly and monthly reports related to operations performance, costs, and billing status.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist duringaudits, inspections, and management reviews.
* Handle general administrative duties, including email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and record keeping.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
