Human Resources Analyst – Training & Competency (SM&CR)

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst to join a well-established wealth management firm, supporting their Training & Competency (T&C) and SM&CR framework
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in HR systems, regulatory frameworks, and data-driven decision making
.The Rol
eWorking closely with the Senior Training & Competence Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting wider HR systems and reporting
Key responsibilities include
- :Acting as a subject matter expert for LMS (Access) and HR system
- sSupporting SM&CR and T&C frameworks through reporting, pathways, and documentatio
- nProducing, analysing, and automating HR and compliance M
- IManaging professional qualifications (CISI/CII), including study support and exam booking
- sMonitoring CPD activity and mandatory training completio
- nEnhancing system functionality and maintaining data accuracy across platform
- sSupporting HR projects and collaborating with Compliance and international HR team
sCandidate Profil
- ePrevious experience in HR, T&C, HR systems, or MI/reporting (financial services preferred
- )Strong Excel skills with experience handling and analysing dat
- aUnderstanding of SM&CR, regulatory environments, or training frameworks is advantageou
- sExperience with LMS or HR systems (e.g. Access, Sage People, Power BI) is desirabl
- eHighly organised with strong attention to detai
