The opportunity:
We are looking for two ambitious Graduate / Trainee Recruiters to join our entrepreneurial team based in London (hybrid)
What you will be doing:
* This is a hands-on 360-degree recruitment role
* Initially, you will be working with more experienced consultants, supporting existing projects with desk-based research, market mapping, building candidate pipelines, sourcing and screening candidates
* As your experience grows, you will be selling and delivering retained and contingency recruitment solutions to consultancy clients across the UK and internationally
* In time you will get the opportunity to spend periods working in-house or 'embedded' supporting the delivery of multiple hires end-to-end as part of a consultancy talent acquisition team supporting a diverse set of business stakeholders (however this is unlikely in year one)
* You will be hands-on supporting every element of the process from sourcing leads to delivering great hires
* You'll peer with other recruiters across Alvarium Talent, and our client's organisations
Skills, Experience and Mindset required:
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail or sales
* You will be ambitious with the drive to succeed in the workplace
* A people person, you will get energy from interacting with people from highly varied backgrounds
* You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and you'll enjoy the challenge of working with varied clients and projects
* Sales is an integral part of this role, you should already be more than comfortable with the idea of selling and generating revenue
* Do what's right for our clients and the candidates we interact with. Always
* A creative problem solver with great attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Fluency in French or German would be an added bonus
