Job Summary:
Due to growth within the organisation we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 360 Recruiter to join our exciting team!
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities as well as nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships within the technology sector. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires exceptional communication, networking, and sales skills, along with a deep understanding of the technology recruitment industry.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the technology sector.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
Generate leads, cold call prospects, and schedule meetings to pitch recruitment services.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Present the company's recruitment solutions and value propositions to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Regularly engage with clients to identify potential staffing requirements and provide updates on suitable candidates.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and market intelligence to clients to help them make informed hiring decisions.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to strengthen relationships and generate referrals.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the technology sector.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations, cultural fit analysis, and reference checks.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and offer process, including negotiating compensation packages.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies and enhance the overall recruitment process.
Market Expertise:
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the technology sector, including emerging technologies, talent demands, and market conditions.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and specific recruitment needs.
Share industry insights and expertise with clients, colleagues, and candidates to establish credibility and differentiate the consultancy in the market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a 360 Recruiter within the technology recruitment industry is essential.
Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management.
Strong knowledge of the technology sector, including understanding of various roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues at all levels.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
Flexibility to work in an international environment and willingness to travel when required.
