We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in-house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.

We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.


What will I be doing?

* Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilising multiple resources (LinkedIn Recruiter, your own network, job boards, etc.).
* Recruit for high-volume roles across our stores, head office and distribution centre.
* Conduct telephone interviews and support with assessment centres.
* Give constructive feedback to candidates ensuring that their experience is seamless and consistent from beginning to end.
* Partner with the Retail teams to maintain effective recruitment processes - keeping an eye on time to hire without compromising on quality of talent.
* Attract and engage passive candidates - build your own network.
* Proactively identify talent challenges and create impactful solutions to address them.
* Drive exceptional candidate experience, constantly seeking ways to improve the process.
* Keep up-to-date with company policies and relevant employment law.
* Create and maintain accurate job descriptions.

* A natural ability in building and maintaining relationships within an ever-changing environment.
* A passion and understanding of communicating through social media and talent attraction channels with an engaging tone.
* Team player who collaborates with and manages stakeholder relationships with a can-do attitude.
* Passionate with a keen interest in the fashion industry.
* Digital savvy; can use digital tools to create content to attract and engage with future talent.
* Ability to combine a creative and innovative approach with commercial ideas.


About the location

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location: Approximately a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
