Overview
We are working with a successful FMCG business based on the outskirts of Dungannon to recruit for their new Sales / Order Administrator role, paying up to £30k with the option of 1 day working from home.
Responsibilities
* Collecting, analysing and reporting / presenting customer sales figures
* Using excel and PowerPoint to present sales figures
* Manage customer price lists, amending/updated when required.
* Prepare New Product Forms and other relevant product/price information required by customers
* Support new product/customer launches with timely and accurate information communication, and execution of supporting administrative tasks.
* Prepare customer samples requests.
* Raise Purchase Orders and record sales team spend.
* Support the team with travel preparations.
* Assist with coordinating trade exhibitions and events.
What we are looking for
* 1 + years’ experience in a comparable, sales admin / internal, admin support role within a busy environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident IT skills
