Role : Medical and Health Services Manager (AI Research Support – Remote)
We are hiring for one of our prime clients, a leading AI research organization, seeking experienced medical and health services managers to contribute domain expertise toward advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This role allows professionals to apply their healthcare management knowledge to help AI systems understand operational workflows, healthcare protocols, and patient care processes.
You will work independently to create deliverables, review peer work, and provide high-quality insights that enhance AI research and model training.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop deliverables addressing common tasks in medical and health services management.
* Review and provide feedback on peer-created content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
* Maintain high standards of written communication, clarity, and consistency.
* Contribute professional insights to AI datasets supporting research in healthcare operations and management.
Ideal Qualifications
* 4+ years of professional experience in healthcare administration, hospital management, or related fields.
* Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, asynchronous setting.
More About the Opportunity
* Work Type: Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule.
* Expected Workload: Approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility up to 40 hours.
