Travel Marketing & Commercial Manager Duties:
* Shaping the strategic direction of the brand while driving measurable commercial growth. It combines strategic ownership, digital expertise, and brand leadership.
* Manage and optimise paid media activity, including PPC and display advertising, ensuring strong ROI.
* Oversee SEO performance, including content optimisation and technical enhancements to drive organic search growth.
* Ensure the website is optimised for UX, mobile and conversion, working with developers and designers where needed.
* Oversee and develop content for web, blog and social media to support storytelling, engagement and SEO.
* Manage email marketing and CRM campaigns, including segmentation and personalisation.
* Support brand visibility through social media, organic content and digital partnerships.
* Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM reporting).
* Lead, mentor, and support a small team, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
Travel Marketing & Commercial Manager – Essential Requirements:
