Are you the Care Coordinator we’re looking for in Spalding?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Radfield Home Care and develop a career in care management. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our care service, including managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting care professionals, setting and managing rotas, and maintaining essential records—no two days are the same.
Ideal candidates love working with people, are organized, and proactive. You must have a UK driver’s license, be over 18, and have access to a vehicle.
We’re also interested in hearing from candidates with previous care experience in roles such as care supervisor, senior care assistant, or field care supervisor.
This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Due to contact with vulnerable clients, all roles require an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
