Your role will involve: Customer Service Excellence: Address general enquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and a smile. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across various systems, supporting data protection and compliance. Engagement and Representation: Actively participate in career events, representing our organisation and interacting with potential candidates.Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications.
