About the Role
As a Care Home Manager at HC-One you’ll value kindness above all. You will take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring their emotional and social needs are met. You will lead, motivate and mentor the team to run the care home efficiently, developing and evaluating individualised care plans, monitoring work practices for safety and ensuring compliance with standards, policies and legislation. Your focus will be on promoting residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect while striving for continuous improvement.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Care Home Manager with strong leadership skills, experience managing multidisciplinary teams, and conducting risk assessments. You will possess a Registered Managers Award Level 4, Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5, or a willingness to study for one. Above all, you’ll communicate with residents and colleagues with consideration and kindness.
