Knowledge/Skills: Use equipment provided to carefully trim salmon fillets, ensuring removal of skin, bones, brown meat and discoloured or excess parts Carrying out scheduled daily production tasks including general manual handling duties and handling of raw materials Maintain equipment and workstation standards in line with production hygiene and 5s expectations Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed where required Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in line with Health & Safety and Food Safety Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your line manager Experience/Qualifications: Basic understanding of hygiene standards in a food production environment Health and Safety awareness in the workplace Previous experience in food production or processing environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
