We are excited to announce an opening within our UK Operations Team based in Kingswinford. In this Maintenance Technician role, you will play a pivotal part in driving change and supporting growth within Intralox and the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance on all operational equipment and facilities.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records using the MP2 maintenance program.
* Troubleshoot and repair operational equipment daily.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
* Respond promptly to significant breakdowns and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
* Train personnel in the correct and safe operation of various machines.
* Prioritize tasks to maintain assembly buffers effectively.
Who You Are:
* Minimum City & Guilds level 3 mechanical/electrical engineering (preferably apprentice trained).
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrate a customer-oriented personality and approach.
* Have experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
* Exhibit strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and potential hazards are identified.
* Have a basic understanding of electrical, pneumatics, and other systems.
* Show willingness and flexibility to work overtime.
* Be open to occasional travel.
