Health and Social Care Lecturer
* Hourly Rate: £25 - £35ph
* Location: Kent
* Job Type: Part-time, Ongoing Temporary
Day-to-day of the role of and Health and Social Care lecturer:
* Deliver engaging and informative lectures and coursework to learners aged 16+.
* Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
* Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
* Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
* Maintain records of students' progress, attendance, and grades.
* Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methods and curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Health and Social Care Lecturer:
* Must hold a teaching qualification.
* Experience in teaching childcare or related subjects to learners aged 16+.
* Strong understanding of the curriculum and standards for 3 Health and social care in education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
* Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices.
