Vehicle Technician Required in Epsom, Surrey for Franchised Car Dealership
1. Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 Basic + Bonus (subject to experience and qualifications)
2. Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings at overtime rate

Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
13. Carry out routine servicing operations such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre replacements
14. Perform diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicle systems using advanced diagnostic equipment
15. Replace worn or faulty parts in accordance with manufacturer specifications
16. Accurately record all work undertaken, ensuring thorough and transparent documentation
17. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options
18. Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness within the workshop
19. Contribute to the team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
20. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through training
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
21. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician preferably from a dealership workshop environment
22. Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical diagnostics
23. Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
24. Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
25. Proactive attitude towards learning and development
26. Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
27. Full UK driving licence
28. Relevant automotive qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
