We're on a mission to revolutionise the property industry with world-class technology - and we're now looking for a Head of AI Ops to drive this same approach internally. This is the first role of its kind at Street Group - we're looking for someone who'll drive AI & automation across the business - reviewing how our teams work, build and ship automations, then maintain and scale an estate of AI-driven systems.
Here's what you can expect to be working on as a Head of AI Ops at Street Group
* Spending time with every team, mapping their processes and spotting automation opportunities
* Design, build and test AI and automation tools to increase efficiency
* Owning the automation estate, including documentation
* Run regular learning sessions to increase AI intelligence across the business
* Being our in-house AI expert, staying on top of the latest developments and updates
* Ensuring stakeholder buy-in, commercial alignment and measurable business outcomes for each automation.
A Bit About You
* You're passionate about AI beyond LLMs - think TTS (e.g., 11labs or other multimodal tools), tooling (n8n, Make, LangChain, vector DBs)
* You're a natural tinkerer - you love building solutions for your own personal/work life using AI & automation
* You're comfortable talking to people, digging into processes, understanding priorities, and can secure basic sign-off with stakeholders.

Salary
Up to £50k, dependent on experience. However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations, planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know.
