The Role
Lead structural engineering projects from concept through to completion
Manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Deliver innovative and practical structural design solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
Support business development and contribute to company growth
Requirements
Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
Chartered status
Strong experience delivering structural projects across multiple sectors
Excellent technical design and project management skills
Ability to manage teams and maintain strong client relationships
