We are recruiting a dedicated individual to support our firm as a Part-time Office Administrator.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
* Administration: Manage daily office tasks, clerical duties and data entry.
* Communication: Greet clients, handle incoming calls, schedule appointments and manage email.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date, easily accessible and compliant with company policies.
* Organisation: Manage files, organise the office calendar and take inventory.
* Support: Provide administrative support to professional team members as required.
* Operations: Coordinate daily office operations, travel arrangements and ensure the office is well-organised and equipped with necessary supplies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Clear and professional communicator
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Ability to work from our Darlington office
