The Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll take ownership of delivering infrastructure and cloud projects end-to-end — from planning and configuration through to deployment and client handover.
You’ll be working closely with technical consultants and 2nd/3rd line engineers, helping customers modernise their IT environments through Microsoft cloud solutions and robust, secure infrastructure.
Typical projects will include:
* Delivering and supporting Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations (200+ user environments)
* Deploying and configuring virtualised environments, servers, and firewalls
* Designing, installing, and maintaining core network infrastructure across hybrid setups
* Troubleshooting and resolving cloud, networking, and connectivity issues
* Acting as the technical lead on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification
* Working directly with clients to scope requirements and deliver reliable, secure solutions
What We’re Looking For
* Strong, hands‑on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and virtualisation technologies
* Solid background in networking, firewalls, routing, and hybrid infrastructure
* Confident delivering end‑to‑end infrastructure and migration projects
* Excellent troubleshooting and client‑facing communication skills
* Comfortable working on‑site with clients and leading by example
* Experience in a Microsoft Partner or MSP environment (highly desirable)
