Our Client is seeking a History ECT to teach KS3 and KS4 within a highly structured secondary school in Witham. The successful candidate will deliver enquiry-based lessons supported by shared curriculum plans, modelled assessments and clear progression routes across year groups. The role is well suited to an ECT wanting to strengthen subject knowledge and develop confident classroom practice.
