Role
As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a varied, high‑quality caseload of property disputes. You will advise across the broad range of property disputes, including residential tenant disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and commercial lease disputes.
Candidate Requirements
You will have at least 6 years PQE in dealing with the full remit of property litigation matters. As the chosen solicitor, you will advise clients on residential and commercial property disputes including lease renewals, possession claims, dilapidation, forfeiture, and complex, high‑value disputes.
