Role Purpose
Menzies AJAS Ltd., a trusted name in aviation ground handling services, is seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team at Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, Jamaica.
This role is open to all CARICOM Nationals.
What you will be doing
1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for all departments.
2. Prepare variance analyses for cargo and ground handling operations based on actual vs budgeted activities.
3. Manage and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts and ensure accurate and timely completion in accordance with company policy.
4. Monitor operational costs including labour, fuel, and rebillable services.
5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround times, revenue per flight, and cost per ton handled, etc.

What we are looking for
6. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
7. MBA, ACCA or CFA qualification is an advantage
8. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis is required
9. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on general ledger experience is preferred
10. FP&A experience within the aviation, ground handling, cargo or logistics sector is an advantage
11. Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting & variance analysis
