Principal Recruitment Consultant – Salesforce
Investigo are market leaders in recruiting into multiple specialisms. In this role you will be a part of our London ERP and CRM practice. Location & Working Arrangements

* Hybrid, 4.5‑day work week
* Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%)
The Role:
You will be focused on contract Salesforce positions, with a focus on UK markets and remit to cover EU markets too. You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Overall you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:
* Candidate identification and interviews
* Advising and feeding back to candidates
* Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head‑hunting from these
* Lead generation through relationship building
* Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for
What we are looking for:
This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for Salesforce positions in a 360 recruitment role.
* Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
* Ideally you will have 2 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally having experience in recruiting for Salesforce positions
* Driven and motivated to work in a fast‑paced environment
* You want to be a part of a high‑performing agency that is culture‑led and values every single member of the team
* Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
