Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an In-House Solicitor, located in Croydon, with an annual salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000. The role involves providing legal support across a wide range of areas, including property acquisitions, conveyancing processes, commercial real estate transactions, employment law matters, and other legal concerns. The solicitor will handle legal documentation, liaise with external legal practitioners, ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and offer advice to internal teams on legal and regulatory issues affecting the business.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law and Conveyancing processes
Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and related legal considerations
Expertise in Labor and Employment Law
Familiarity with Family Law
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple legal assignments while maintaining attention to detail
Relevant professional legal qualifications (e.g., Solicitor or equivalent certification)
Prior experience in residential property development or real estate preferred
