Our client is a market leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance recycling equipment which supplies many of the worlds best-known brands. The company has a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability and is now entering an exciting new phase of international growth. With the capacity and ambition to more than double turnover by 2030, we are seeking to appoint a talented Sales Director who will set a clear commercial strategy, build an effective growth plan, and lead the disciplined execution needed to deliver results. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of sales performance across the UK, Ireland, and export markets. You will develop a structured, data-led strategy that defines where and how the business will grow, then translate it into an annual plan that the team can rally behind and be measured against. You will lead a focused team across sales, key accounts, and marketing and bring clarity, pace, and accountability. The aim is to deliver consistent sales and margin growth, open new markets, deepen distributor relationships, and build long-term customer partnerships. We are seeking a proven sales leader with a strong record of year-on-year growth, and the confidence to lead a high-performing team, ideally with experience in capital equipment, engineered solutions or a similar product. You will combine clear strategic planning with the drive to execute, measure, and continuously improve. This is a strategic but hands-on leadership role that demands commercial insight, structured thinking, and the ability to make things happen. You will represent the company at a senior level with customers, distributors, and at international trade events, and use market intelligence to shape product development and future opportunities. The role offers a very competitive remuneration and incentive package, which is designed to reward and retain a high performer.
