Job Description
1. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and payroll, encompassing all group entities and acquisitions.
3. Oversee the month-end close process and support group consolidation activities.
4. Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts and ad hoc financial reports for the Board.
5. Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, driving robust budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
6. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
7. Manage the external audit process and ensure timely production and filing of statutory accounts.
8. Ensure full tax compliance across the group, supported by external tax advisors.
9. Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate payments and timely filings.
10. Partner with departmental leaders to align financial strategies with operational objectives.
11. Support the CFO in preparing board presentations, investor materials, and executive-level summaries.
