Job Overview

We are growing our European Sales team and have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Cyber Security Sales team. This high‑performance sales organization thrives on working with our customers – often industry leaders – solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations. You will work closely with technical experts to expand the value proposition and offer the full stack. Your role will include cross‑sell initiatives to existing platinum clients and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on Cyber Security solutions.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue results for the EMEA region.
* Grow pipeline through existing accounts and new logo accounts.
* Work to close deals using selling best practices such as client call plans, close plans, and sales strategies.
* Cultivate client relationships to foster further growth for DXC.
* Address complex client business problems by applying Cyber Security offerings and developing compelling value propositions based on solid business cases.
* Participate and collaborate with regional industry teams, account leaders, and other offering sellers.
* Work closely with colleagues across other offerings to maximize DXC services/value to clients.
* Create, drive, and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in a transparent, predictable manner – including weekly cadences and status reporting on pipeline, deals, and clients.


Skills & Experience

* Sales experience and success in delivering or exceeding sales quotas.
* Demonstrable years of experience in Cyber Security services & product sales – successful sales execution and client engagement.
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Pre‑existing network of clients and relationships.
* Strong presentation and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients.
* Strong selling and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Willingness to travel.
