Job Title: General Teaching Assistant – Primary School (BD5)

Salary: £88–£110 per day (PAYE)

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in BD5 that’s on the lookout for a brilliant Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. Whether you’ve got bags of experience or you’re just starting out, if you’ve got patience, energy, and a knack for supporting young learners—we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, in and out of class
* Helping to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team
* Being that calm, reassuring presence that pupils trust (and staff rely on!)
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with children (school-based or not—we see your transferable skills!)
* A caring, adaptable, and proactive approach
* Someone who’s happy mucking in and making the day run smoothly
* An understanding of SEND or a willingness to learn
Nice to have (but not essential):
* Thrive training or a willingness to complete our free Thrive course—schools love it, and it’ll make your CV pop
