Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate a positive and engaging work culture across your sites
* Maintain high standards in all key operational areas
* Set clear expectations for service, operational standards, and team performance
* Oversee profit and loss, budget management, sales forecasting, and key performance indicators
* Build strong relationships with head office and key stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
* Support company events, local marketing initiatives, and celebrate team successes
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in managing multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
* Hands-on leadership style-you're not the type to stay in the office!
* Strong operational, leadership, planning, organisational, and communication skills
* Target-driven with a strong focus on customer service
* Highly motivated, ambitious, and a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
