About the Role We are seeking individuals with a background in the creative arts to work as Cover Supervisors in local secondary schools. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising classrooms during teacher absences Creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment Supporting students during lessons and classroom activities Upholding school policies and encouraging positive behaviour Communicating effectively with staff and school leadership What We’re Looking For We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who: Have relevant experience working with children or young people Possess a warm and approachable nature to build strong relationships with students Have a creative arts background they’re keen to bring into the classroom Can provide suitable references and hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid DBS check* About the Schools You'll be working across secondary schools in Dudley and surrounding areas, providing vital cover and support where it's needed most. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, giving you the flexibility to work around your existing commitments. *All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
