In this pivotal front-of-house role, you’ll provide a warm, intuitive, and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You’ll be responsible for handling spa bookings, guiding guests through our offerings, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and discretion synonymous with the Bvlgari brand.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service background in luxury spas, ideally based within five-star deluxe hotels. Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are preferred, but your passion for the job will be the key differentiator.
To succeed, you should have experience in a luxury service environment and a strong understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You must be immaculately presented, with authentic yet impeccable customer service skills, and the ability to engage with guests is one of your greatest assets.
