Hours for an Administrator: Monday – Friday 09:00-16:00 desirable but hours are flexible and would consider school hours or 4 days per week. Responsibilities of Administrator: Answering phone calls from clients and customers. Replying to emails. Managing profit and loss reports. All office administration duties. General housekeep duties in the office. Running day-to-day administrative and operational systems. Managing invoicing processes including raising invoices and chasing payments. Small business accounting – Xero experience desirable but not essential. Completing finance administration and liaising with external accountants as needed.
