A successful West Midlands based independent financial advisory practice with an excellent local reputation are looking to recruit an Financial Planning / IFA Administrator to join their team in Tamworth.
Job Description
* Providing support & administration services for a team of Financial Advisers
* New business admin
* Adding & scanning documents to the back-office system
* Processing of adviser and provider documentation
* Obtaining illustrations
* Preparing client correspondence
* Maintain back office systems and client records

Candidate requirements
* The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services
* Suitable backgrounds could include IFA Admin, Wealth Admin, IFA Client Support, Mortgage Administration.
* Be well organised
* Good level of attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Be a positive team player

What’s on offer
* Salary full time circa £25,000 - £30,000
* If reduced hours, salary based on pro rata
