Key accountabilities
We are looking to recruit an Administrator/Receptionist for our busy office in Cardiff, in a front of house role whilst providing administrative support to the admin team.
Day to day duties
* First point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office
* Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post including franking mail and liaising with couriers
* Visibility of staff diaries, in order to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team
* Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad‑hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
* Organising and booking meeting rooms
* Maintaining client record system
* Provide support to the wider admin team
What are we looking for?
* No day is ever the same and therefore a self‑motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position
* Either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required
* Microsoft Office skills are a must
* Be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our team.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
