The role:
TimePlan Education are seeking a dedicated and confident Behaviour Mentor to join a fantastic SEMH School in Enfield, supporting secondary-aged learners. You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to provide tailored support to students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs-helping them manage their emotions, build resilience, and achieve both academically and personally.

The School provides high-quality education for students aged 11-18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) and Autism. Key skills:
Experience working with young people in a school, youth, or community setting (desirable)
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
Empathetic, resilient, and understanding approach
Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
Passionate about supporting young people with SEMH or behavioural needs
Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Positive role model with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
