This is a unique opportunity as you'll be our founding SDR. We'll offer heaps of training so no experience is required, but this is a fantastic chance to make a name for yourself, progress quickly and get involved from day 1 in speaking with enterprise businesses.
The SDR Role
You'll be the engine of our growth, learn from industry veterans and open up meaningful conversations with senior decision makers at some of the world's biggest companies. There are huge opportunities to progress and you'll be making a genuine impact.
Responsibilities include:
* Identify and engage key stakeholders across enterprise accounts, including CPOs and other senior L&D/HR/DEI leaders.
* Use a mix of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create meaningful connections and generate interest.
* Attend industry and community events to promote NNT’s brand, build authentic connections, and convert relationships into client opportunities.
* Secure meetings for our sales team and contribute directly to revenue growth.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and understand what’s driving transformation in the neurodiversity/DEI space.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and optimise outreach strategies.
