I’m Paige, and I’m Head of Design here at DFYNE HQ.
I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Compliance Assistant to
support this department.
The ideal candidate will help ensure adherence to internal policies, industry
regulations and requirements while assisting in the management of the supply
chain.
The role requires a blend of strong organisational skills, the ability to manage
multiple tasks and a solid understanding of compliance standards and supply
chain relations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance support
* Help prepare and maintain accurate records of compliance documentation, certifications, inspections and audits.
* Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
* Monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant regulations and internal policies to ensure our products comply with all necessary legal requirements.
* Assist in the planning and execution of product testing protocols.
* Risk assessments - assist in identifying potential product issues and help develop corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with industry testing standards and help document all relevant information.
* Supply chain assistance
* Provide administrative support to the supply chain.
* Collaborate with the team to resolve supply chain issues, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
* Assist with onboarding new suppliers ensuring they align with our values.
* Assist in reviewing inspection reports/ audits.
Experience Needed:
Absolutely none. We don’t hire based on experience, but a background in a quality assurance is desirable.
Skills:
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proactive and willingness to learn.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail.
