We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting products, boosting sales, and strengthening our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, sales strategy, online marketplace management (such as Amazon, eBay and many other platforms), and email marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
* Manage and optimize online marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, etc.), including product listings, SEO, pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
* Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, content marketing, etc.).
* Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention, generate leads, and drive conversions.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
* Collaborate with product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and a strong customer experience.
* Develop partnerships and promotional campaigns to enhance brand recognition and sales growth.
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance updates for management.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in online marketplace sales.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot), and analytics.
* Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage promotional campaigns effectively.
* Experience in content creation, branding, and performance marketing.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
