About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support & Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role combining technical support, data analytics, and project coordination. You will play a key role in supporting our in-house software systems while delivering insightful reporting and assisting with project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support for in-house software systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
· Produce internal and external data reporting and analytics using Power BI and SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio).
· Support the Project Manager to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
· Liaise with project stakeholders and third-party suppliers to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
· Provide or assist with training for project implementations and system rollouts.
· Draft and maintain clear user guides, training materials, and documentation.
About You
· Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline — or equivalent commercial experience.
· Experience providing 1st and 2nd Line IT support.
· Strong working knowledge of Power BI and SSMS / SQL.
· Ability to analyse data and present clear, meaningful reports.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with customers, stakeholders and suppliers.
· Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Experience supporting projects or working alongside project managers is desirable.
