As Human Resources Business Partner, you will support a high-volume logistics and (last-mile) delivery workforce. You will make a huge impact on our UK business by implementing the best HR practices in the Logistics Industry and achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals in logistics and delivery. Lead end-to-end workforce planning and talent deployment strategies, particularly across seasonal peaks and high-turnover environments. Oversee leadership pipelines and succession planning for key operational roles, as well as provide excellent internal career development opportunities for our staff Support organisation design according to business needs and a constantly changing market Champion employee experience through engagement strategies and consistent employee relations practices. Resolve high-risk ER cases and maintain compliance with UK labour laws. Use workforce analytics and KPIs (e.g., turnover, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill) to inform decision-making and optimise HR delivery. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of progressive HR experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery-related companies in the UK. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its application in fast-paced operational settings. Solid experience managing (high volume) workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational development, and ER. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, from local and international site leaders to executive board level. Preferred Qualifications: Chinese language proficiency.
