YOUTH HOUSING CASE WORKER
Assist young people aged 16-21 leaving care or who may be homeless to build skills and confidence to maintain their own homes. MACS provides 24/7 supported housing for up to 2 years before moving into the community.
Responsibilities
* Provide individualised support planning for young people based on ongoing assessment and review.
* Ensure keeping safe and appropriate support for each young person.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience or qualification in social care, youth work or related field.
* Strong communication, empathic, and problem‑solving skills.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £25,545 per annum (£14.03 per hour)
