About the Opportunity
Our Intelligent Engineering Solutions Business is recruiting adaptable, forward-thinking Senior Process Engineers to support an expanding portfolio of projects. Our projects span the full lifecycle, from feasibility studies to commissioning, across diverse sectors such as:
* advanced modular reactors
* nuclear decommissioning
* defence
* fusion technology
* green hydrogen
* chemicals
To support the clean energy transition and meet client needs in challenging environments, we leverage our extensive knowledge and experience in highly regulated industries like nuclear and chemicals.
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will lead process design development, working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver process designs, safety assessments, HAZOPs, and design reviews.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading project activities and ensuring delivery meets scope, time, cost, and quality
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and procedures
* Performing engineering calculations and reviewing junior staff work
* Generating value-adding options for clients
* Planning and prioritizing work to meet deadlines
* Providing support and guidance to junior staff
* Participating in commissioning activities at client sites as needed
Requirements:
* Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
* Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively
* Chartered Engineer status (preferred)
* Experience in highly regulated environments (advantageous)
